Introduction

This blog consists of chapters making up an entire book.

The book is set in Dublin in the first decade of the 21st century, one hundred years on from Mr. Joyce's fifteen stunning and highly influential stories about the same place.

It follows the narrator collecting stories from people he had studied with. We begin with the last story collected and work back to the first. Through this we see how the narrators outlook changed both on Dublin and on the people around him.
